no.. pre-ordered the game only. guy behind me in line bought the game (no pre-order) and got the cel as well
 
gotcha. there is a sticker on it that says it's a gift for people who buy both a ds lite *AND* the game. i thought that was a bit nuts, and if thats the case, we'll be sitting on these forever.
