I'm looking to pick up FRACTURE for PS3 for $39.94 at WALMART..Ive seen the 360 version for that but forgot to look back for it when I found something else. Can anyone confirm that price?

I went back this morning and can confirm it..$39.98 for PS3/360. Since its Wal-Mart I'm sure its YMMV..its still 59.98 or whatever on their site. when its cheaper ill buy the 360 version for the achievements.
