I stoped by my local Fred Meyer store (Covington, WA) and they had moved and re-loaded all their clearance games on a movable shelf. There were certainly MORE than the last time I was there. I picked up Red Ninja for XBOX for $9.87 and there were certainly more high-profile games there for the same price. (I was just looking for XBOX at the time). For a new, 2005 game, I thought that was a pretty good deal. You may want to check yours and see if they've moved them around in a central location. The clerk mentioned extra savings but it's a catch as catch can kind of situation.
