Free $1 Amazon MP3 Credit

Amazon just posted this promotion on their Facebook page where if you buy select apps from their App Store, you get a $1 Amazon MP3 credit.

Look for the promotional message on the app page. Free apps, such as the iHeartRadio app (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005ZFOOE8/) have the message. You can "buy" this app or ones like it and get the MP3 credit. I just tried this out with the free version of Shazam and I got the MP3 credit a few minutes after.

Unfortunately, this is limited to one per user, but the credit is good for a year unlike some of their other promotions where the credit must be used within a few weeks / months.

There are ways to emulate an Android phone on your desktop. Someone else here might know more about it.

Right, but how would I "purchase" the app through the Amazon webfront with an emulator? I already have Bluestacks.

EDIT: I didn't realize Bluestacks could install apps through the Amazon app store. Once I logged in it worked like a charm. Thanks OP!
