Are you sure you're in the US store(don't know if it makes a difference). Are you using the right display? It should look something like this

It's also free on the Xbox Live Marketplace. All of the other episodes cost 240 points each I think, but right now the first one is free. There's no indication anywhere that it's a one-time promo or anything.
