If you want to give away games the best choice is when amazon has a sale on digital games so you could just purchase a bunch and get a lot of keys.

I'd wait until you see some good ones for under $3 and get a bunch if you plan on it.

Though this is only for digital PC games and possibly some 360 and PS3 games.
