Free game from Ubisoft for AC Unity Season Pass Owners is tradable?

Sorry for the question here, I just dont know where else to post it.  Does anyone know if the free game from Ubisoft for being an AC Unity Season Pass owner is transferrable (sellable/tradable)?

From the Assassin Creed FAQ on free game via season pass -

"Everyone who has purchased the Assassin's Creed Unity Season Pass or Gold Edition is eligible for this offer. Please note, you must activate the Season Pass for our system to recognize you as "eligible" for the offer."

I'm not certain, but if you have to have an account with an activated season or gold edition pass, then I don't believe another person would have use for the download.

I may be wrong but it looks like Ubi has this locked up. I may be wrong though my friend, and good luck with whatever you are hoping to do.
