Yeah this is legit. If you join Jack's "Secret Society of Cool People" email club, they email it to you and can print out as many as you want. I got a coupon for a free slice of cake on my birthday as well.

i went to the 2 jacks next to me. I got the sandwich completly free at the first 1 i went to since the guy misread the coupon and the second i just bought 2 tacos. these are very good, but imo the salami gets rly disgusting after awhile
