You can get it just go through paypal though you have to enter in your address and phone information.

For the download you can probably download next week when people are celebrating the holidays.

I suspect this was an error they're not going to honour (I don't really blame them) because it still shows up in my purchases, but the download link is gone now and it no longer has an unlock type listed. Chances are, once this is downloaded it's not going to work anymore since you have to log in to unlock it. We'll see though.
