Nope, all you need is an IGN account. Works perfectly and I was able to download it.

That is what I am hoping to do. I'll let everyone know if it works out.

EDIT: Looks like all the codes have been distributed. My friend just tried to get one and the website said they are all out.

Hopefully another wave of codes will hit.
