No, but the $20 for the season is what I believe he was referring to.

On the "Season Upgrade" main page for Wallace & Gromit you can get the download only version for $15.96 if you use the code YRZ-N4V-92S at checkout. $20.62 if you want the collector's disk due to shipping.
