Heh I understand. Does that mean you guys have some sort of deal with them, then? :O I assumed you were buying them or perhaps purchasing them at a reduced rate but i suppose that's not the case.

We advertise their site in return for these contests. But it's up to them to fulfill the orders; we really don't have much control over it. In the case of winners like Caed, we've contacted King of Swords repeatedly but to no avail - but it's not because they are a bad company, but because they are busy for the holidays. We really haven't had much problems until recently.
