I've tried different sizes, and a different address it just focuses on the zip code part, 01721. I know sometimes they use that longer zipcode but it should submit.
 
The two issues were centered around Internet Explorer and zip codes with a zero in the front of them. We have the zip code error fixed. Please let us know if your zip code is still not working. We are working on the Internet Explorer problem. In the meantime, try using Safari or Firefox. Thank you!

Well, it was the Cheese Academy people who posted it. Maybe they broke something else when trying to fix it. I would post on their FB page and see what they can do.
