I played with 4 accounts and won at least 10 times, but only got one code per account.

I'm getting the same error.
 
I guess everyone's code is broke. But on the other note, I didn't notice till after I tried that t-shirt code, but I got 130 Microsoft Points added to my GT somehow, went from 500 to 630 over night.

Trying to enter in a XBL gold code I got today in my inbox and errors with "An error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later." Must be xbox.

The Veloster code I got in the email gets the same error when I try to redeem it...

Just because other codes work doesnt mean much. As the error says, there is a problem with the "offer". I am assuming it is a problem specific to the Veloster shirt codes...
