Here's the entertainment software listings from the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Chicago (IL), Los Angeles/Orange County (LA), Las Vegas (LV) and San Jose/Silicon Valley (SJ) Fry's Ad(s). These prices are valid only for the dates listed in the subject line.

The items listed below are as they appear in the Fry's B&M Ads. If an item is listed as "SJ only", for example, it could still be on sale at other locations (i.e. - Austin, Houston, Sacramento, San Diego, AZ, GA, IN, OR, Seattle), but it only appeared in the SJ ad. However, since these ads are not available online, I cannot confirm them. If anyone knows of a website to view any further ads, please let me know.

pretty sure. frys is basically pming BB with the $10 off. BB isn't going to pm the people who just pmed them then still give you the deal they were pmed for originally on top off that.:lol:

You're best bet is to see if they'll pm TRUs $20 gifrcard deal.

If Disney does do a $10 off Up coupon then it would be $16 and an awesome deal.

I'm going to try to do this as well. But keep in mind this is YMMV. There's no guarantee that Fry's will take the coupons.
 
Weird, how are you guys going to price match with Target or Best Buy when the ad doesn't show the price of the game? Or am I looking at the wrong ad? All it says is "low price".

I have bought Uncharted 2, Demon's Souls and soon MW2 for 10 bucks off each. Fry's is the shit. Really wonder how they make money selling it so cheap.

And the final tally, if you can get Fry's to accept the coupons:

$19.95 (Up) + $23.77 (Monsters, Inc.) = $43.72
-$10 Fry's discount = $33.72
-$10 Up Coupon = $23.72
-$8 Monsters, Inc. Coupon = $15.72 + tax

I will try my luck at Manhattan Beach before work. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Ok, just to report, I was DENIED the coupons in Manhattan Beach, CA.

To summarize the reports I've seen so far:

Here's my running tally of coupon usage so far:

Phoenix, AZ - SUCCESS (Partial - would not take coupon from box)
Tempe, AZ - FAIL? - SUCCESS reported earlier on 11/10

Sacramento, CA - FAIL? - SUCCESS reported on 11/10

Palo Alto, CA - FAIL
Sunnyvale, CA - PARTIAL - Only accepted a single coupon.

Oxnard, CA - FAIL

Burbank, CA - SUCCESS
Manhattan Beach, CA - FAIL

San Diego, CA - FAIL

Downers Grove, IL - SUCCESS

South Houston, TX - FAIL
Webster, TX - FAIL

BTW, there is a coupon attached to Monsters, Inc. as well which provides yet another $10 off, though it shares the same UPC as the $10 Up coupon. However, people have reported successes in using it as well, thus bringing the final total down to $5.72 + tax.

I can confirm the Phoenix AZ Frys taking coupons. With the $10 Up, $8 Monster's Inc, and $10 Combo coupon attached to monster's Inc - I paid 8.45 out the door

Edit: Actually, I guess it's the Tempe Fry's.

Just wanted to give my recent experience with the Dallas-area Arlington Fry's and this week's deals:

I went yesterday and purchased Modern Warfare 2 PS3 ($49.89), Up Blu-ray ($19.95), and Monsters, Inc. Blu-ray ($13.77) totaling $90.30. I brought the two Disney coupons with me, but they more or less replaced this week's release discounts. It was slightly cheaper than what it would have been at the local Target using the coupons ($33.72 vs about $35), so I didn't press my luck any further. Basically, I think they aren't used to scanning coupons at Fry's (big surprise) and so the computer just took the coupon off of the full retail price.

Anyway, not a bad haul all things considered, perhaps others could haggle more with the cashier supervisor and get the coupon to stack on top of the discount!
