These are the BLACK FRIDAY listings for Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Chicago (IL), Los Angeles/Orange County (LA), Las Vegas (LV) and San Jose/Silicon Valley (SJ) Fry's Ad(s). These prices are valid only on BLACK FRIDAY.

The items listed below are as they appear in the Fry's B&M Ads. If an item is listed as "SJ only", for example, it could still be on sale at other locations but it only appeared in the SJ ad.

Editor's Note: It has come to my attention that Fry's has switched to only 2-pages of ads on Black Friday. I do not know if this is the end of the Black Friday sale items. There will likely be a Saturday 1-Day only sale as well which has an full-sized 8-page ad.

NOTE: These are the listings as they appear in the THANKSGIVING DAY ads. Black Friday's ads should be the same, but there may be more additions coming if I learn of anything else.

Fry's would be the last place I want to be on Thanksgiving, but now that I see the ad for it, I don't even have to go at all this weekend.

Ditto. I might skip Fry's this year for the first time... to tell the whole truth, I might skip shopping at B&M stores altogether :whistle2:#

this may actually only be a partial list- fry's runs ads ever day in the newspaper, so it's possible the ad tomorrow will have more deals.
Damn, the 360 comes with all those games? Or your choice of one?
It's probably all. Most of them are in the under $10 bin now.

Fry's tends to put out their ads on BF. This is the first time I recall them ever doing a Thanksgiving day ad. I'm sure there will be more in tomorrow's newspaper ads. I'd be surprised if these were the only BF deals.

They released it on thanksgiving last year as well. They usually have one more on black friday.

Just because I know some people are interested...and if I see one complaint about the layout, I'll delete the post. :)

Don't forget as someone mentioned it earlier. Fry's will run another ad tomorrow and it will probably have more stuff. Don't forget to check out Saturday's ad too!

Aren't these just Thanksgiving sales? They put up a BF ad on the day of Black Friday.

Also I'm not sure if this is a rumor or not, but is Fry's really selling PS3's $75 each to the first 20 people who will buy them? That's what I heard in my school, don't know if it's true or not.

Black Friday updates:

Other Blu-Rays extended to other stores.

$34.98 (PS3/360): Left 4 Dead 2 (360), Need for Speed: Shift

$199 (PSP): PSP Go w/ Patapon 2
This has to be some sort of mistake:

http://www.frys.com/product/5506170

Original Wii Fit with Balance Board for $21.55!

Too bad this isn't available for shipping as it would have made a great gift at that price.
Not a mistake. It has been steadily going down in price for the last month. Unfortunately, it has been sold out at most of the stores since it was around $60 or so.

Except for this:

$994 - Samsung LN52B630 52" 1080p LCD HDTV

Holy shit, that TV is $1500 at amazon still...Damn, I would go and buy this in a heartbeat, but I doubt it's still in stock at any LA location!!!

Yeah, I have a Frys about 10 mins from me and this will be the first black friday I wont be stopping there. Got some really good deals the last few years there. Wally and amazon were the best two, after price matching a few games from bb and tru. The only good thing they had was that 60" LG plasma for 1297-

LOL, that TV is $1651 on Fry's site, and unavailable for in store pick up, I wonder why

For shits n giggles, since I was in the area, I drove by the Manhattan Beach store about an hour ago. Holy Christ, it was so damn ridiculous, the line of cars just to get into the parking lot went back 3 blocks, there were about a dozen Manhattan Beach cop cars/paddy wagons surrounding the place with their lights flashing, and a LINE of people waiting to get into the store. And this was in the afternoon, long after they had opened!!!

What a joke.
I went to Fry's one year on Black Friday. Never again.
I went once to buy my current Harmon/Kardon home stereo for cheap. Woke up at 5:30, got there at like 6:15 or whatever, literally 1,000 people lined completely around the building. I ran in, got my stereo, Godfather collection DVD, and left. I had to wait for like 25 min. for a cashier, even though almost every cashier was operating (like 50-60). And this was at least 5-6 years ago.

I'm glad I went, but, yeah, never again. To some people, patience = savings. I have no patience, so I will pay more to not do that again.

side note: two dudes were on the news yesterday, waiting at BEST BUY Thanksgiving MORNING, ALL DAY, ALL NIGHT, and they said that they were probably not going to buy anything today. They just wanted to be there, first in line, to WAIT. They did this last year as well, didn't buy anything.
