Frys: Tales of Vesperia - XBox 360 Preorder $49.99

How's the game compare to eternal sonata? I bought ES at CC at clearance price a week ago. I'm 2hrs into ES and very much enjoying the game. Tales of vesperia could be my first tales game that I might buy cuz I was very impressed with ES and namco's rpg.

It will probably a yr before it drops to clearance. And that probably when I'll buy the game
 
Tales is a much better series than Eternal Sonata. The characters you get have far more varying abilities in terms of special skills, and there's a lot more to do in the games in terms of sidequests. I'd expect Vesperia to be no different.
 
I didn't dig the demo so much, I think i'm picking up IU instead.

Good price though... I might be tempted.

It DOES have a pipe-smoking dog after all.
