I have UPLAY promo codes for Assassin's Creed IV and Splinter Cell Black List Deluxe Edition up for sale or trade. The 16 digit code for both games came with my recent laptop purchase. I redeemed this code, and got an email with two separate promo codes for the Ubisoft digital download store.
I'm honestly not sure how their system works - pretty sure anyone can now use these codes, and they are not tied to my email account.
