I disagree with everything you have said in this thread. The Seller is the one who HAS the responsibility to mention any flaw the item HE is selling.
Basically if xcopy went over a 20 point checklist with the seller about damages the unit may have and there was one thing xcopy didn't ask the seller could just fall back on "Well you didn't ask about that, so why should I have told you"? Does this sound right? How shady are we around here?
If this was my unit to sell I would have said it's in pretty good condition besides a couple of small dings on the side of the unit. I also would have provided pics showing what damage the buyer could expect and not be suprised by it when received.
Some people don't mind having
ed up items. xcopy is one of those people who like mint flawless stuff. So am I.
lol... yeah, seriously, I mean it's really difficult, mind-bending and strenuous to ask if something is in good cosmetic condition before you agree to buy or trade for it. What a concept.
Like I said, I don't think the seller misrepresented the item in the least, but we all have our own opinions.
Anywho, they've worked it out and it looks like Xcopy has done the right thing and is compensating BronX for wasting his time, so lets sqaush it.
