The actual machine is a backwards compatible edition of the ps3 with the upper flap, covering the Memory Stick/SD/Compact Flash slots. It can, indeed, play all of your PS2 & PS1 games. Also comes with four USB slots, instead of the traditional two.
The Hard drive is upgraded to 250GB, and it contains the following games:
