I've been trying to handle this privately but I'm posting in here to bring out into the open the fact that there might be a problem.

Ok, I bought and paid for these items on the 3rd, last week I asked if they had been shipped and he said "not yet but I will ship them Saturday". I simply asked for him to e-mail me with tracking when he did. Well, he did not, so I e-mailed him and he claimed he shipped them on Monday with no tracking, 2-5 day shipping. Well, it's been 5 days, and no package.

I'm still trying to handle this situation, at this point, all I want is a refund.

You shouldn't have paid him first anyways, he has less feedback then you!

Well, this is my first purchase on here actually, I wasn't sure how this worked. I guess I'll open a Paypal claim now. Geez.
