Are there people out there who just sit around all day, hitting the refresh button at gs.com looking for games below a certain price point? It seems like everytime there is a sale on an item its OOS in 2 minutes.

It may be 9.99 at the stores. It usually says "online only" but that does not seem to be the case on this one. You can argue this one if they give you hell at the store.
