Games will be assigned three letters in the format (A/B/C). The first letter represents the condition of the case, the second the condition of the manual, the third the condition of the disc. Here are more specific descriptions of what the conditions mean:

A - Great. Clean, no cracks, no defects.
B - Good. No major damage, small cracks or grime may be present.
C - Fair. Larger cracks, scratches, residue and/or significant grime present.
D - Poor. Very large cracks, broken hinges, or other serious cosmetic problems.
I - Incomplete. Not included.
Manual:
A - Great. No tears, creases, or warping.
B - Good. Slight tears, creases, or warping may be present.
C - Fair. Larger tears, creases, or warping present.
