Game featuring a Taxi Cab - Need Title..

Okay back in they way days there was this game a la Carmageddon featuring a Taxi Cab which you can fit with guns etc... But I need the title for that game. Thank you very much!

I was going to say Interstate 76, but I don't think it had a cab in it. Only game that comes to mind is Twisted Metal with Yellow Jacket but that was on PS.
