Game Gifting

I have a lot of Microsoft points, and I was wondering if I could buy something and send it to someone- like you can on the Wii Shop Channel.

I would love to do this, I just cannot seem to find where it is done.

Nope and this feature never existed.

They had a feature where you could send people points, not games. Also, you had to buy the points..not use the points you have in your account.

Of course you can't use points on this but you can still essentially 'gift' a game:

Just buy them from amazon and gift the codes...though their latest release is Lode Runner...they haven't updated since for some odd reason.
