Anyone know if services like Blockbuster Total Access can work for Puerto Rico residents?
GameFly doesn't, but after searching around all I found Blockbuster TA serves "the United States". Thing is, we sometimes are treated like part of the U.S., sometimes we are treated like a foreign country.
