All of the cases were amazing except that the games looked pretty played and scratched. However they are still good and other than that I will keep on buying more from GF =]

Recieved Homefront and Bullestorm Epic Edition both 360. Had some surface scratches on both, bulletstorm has worked so far, didnt try homefront.

Both cases great condition
 
So after emailing about replacement yesterday, I received emails today to return it. Only it only states refund, so I email them back about possibly replacing instead of refunding because I do want the game. And now they just sent me all the same info for RMA as before, with new rma number, but no real response that it will be replacement instead of refund.

They strictly offer refunds only. If you want the game then you'd have to return it and wait and try to order again. Though if they would let you order for the same price I have no clue. All I know is if you do return to many games they ban you from ordering.
 
is this how it usually works for everyone ordering 2 or more games

i have a processing charge for 2 games = $26

but i also have a completely different processing charge for one of games that should be included above for $11. im worried about being charged twice for 1 game.

im guessing the $26 "processing" charge will be reduced to $15 once the chage actually "posts", but im a little ticked because it holds my funds for a few days before it deducts the actual amount.

Yea, just received another email a little bit ago, saying refunds only, disappointing. Either way, last time I buy used online, not worth the hassle.

Got my Mafia 2 finally today (Took 9 days after ordering). Case was in mint and included a DLC code (which I didn't test yet but assume it works). Also, the disc had only a few fingerprints and some dust but was easily wiped clean.

Really pleased with the condition of my first game from GF. Hope my KZ3 looks just as good when it arrives soon...
