These are probably shipped free for non members. usually that coincides with a gamefly sale.

I've been watching the PS3 section and availability has fluctuated.

It was up to about 28 games, now down to about 20.

Prices also have not dropped on some games. DMC4 and Assassin's Creed actually increased in price.

It's not a storewide free ship for non-members. My email said free ship, but that's pretty much only on the titles listed in the email. Other games in the store still have shipping charges.

Also, their site seems to be having problems right now, so maybe things are still be changed.
