Generally true, unless they sell out at $20, or $18, or $15. There is a good chance that they will still have more JC3 to sell at a slightly lower price, but $15 is a price with which I am comfortable. I generally do ignore the $20 and $18 games in these sales, as you are suggesting.

If Mad Max gets back in stock I would say defiantly worth the $13. Playing it now and it's pretty fun. I mean it's nothing revolutionary but for $13, it's a fun open world experience.
