Gamefly users in Arizona

Does anyone here from Arizona use Gamefly? I've used the service previously a couple years ago and just started up again. Before I would get transit times of 2 days max each way, and now I'm getting 3-4 days (on my 4th day waiting for The Darkness). Also, I *NEVER* seem to get FastReturn to work, which means they aren't scanning the mail wherever I drop it. I've tried it at 4 different locations and not once did they scan it.

How does everyone else fare? Anyone know good locations in the east valley to drop where they actually scan the mail (like they're supposed to)?

Yeah I cancelled about a month ago. It was always 3-4 days for me. Ive heard that universally Gamefly has gotten slower. Rumoured that it was on purpose too.
