Gamer Network ad on front page

Is there any way to get rid of this horrible, gaudy, ugly ad? I browse CAG at work quite often, and I don't want my boss looking over my shoulder and seeing some pasty pubescent girl dressed in black sprawled out on my home page. Yeah.
