Gamers Club status on BB

I'm or sure my friend but I'll try and help. If you are on a mobile smartphone, there should be a button in the top left when you're on a BB page (looks like 3 horizontal lines).
Tap it and look at the 5 or 6th option down and it says "account".
That's how I check my BB rewards stats etc since I don't have GCU. Maybe it's the same for both?
As far as emails go you can call the Best Buy customer service number and talk to them about it. They should be able to sort everything out if you're still having any problems. Or if you're close by a BB stop and ask a cashier in video games.

It would say it under Account Overview, but now I don't think it does anymore. The only way I know how to check it now is to add a game to your cart and see if the GCU discount is applied.
