GameRush Losing Credit

I'm sure many of you are aware that if a preorder is over a year old at Gamerush, the system erases the preorder. Can anyone tell me the steps to get the credit back? Thanks!

I've searched and searched throughout that thing. I was hoping that actually accomplished getting the credit restored would let me know.
