I'll keep this simple.

Gamesharing is the same as piracy. Every game shared is one less potential sale to another customer.

Less sales means that Sony will have to crack down on this, meaning that we'll see things like the 360's DRM issues. It also means that if this gets out of hand, we'll also see less developers go on the PSN, and instead they'll run off to the 360.

Remember, the reason why you can download the game over and over is for ease of use for the user. You've all heard about the headaches that people have with the 360's DRM issues, as highlighted by Mr. Shipwreck's troubles. Well there are no such issues with the PSN because if your hard drive is wiped or you switch consoles, you can easily just download your software again.

Don't try any of the usual logical fallacy based arguments that other software pirates use.
