What do I need to trade in an older console?​

the console, power cable, av cable, and controller; sometimes they don't care about USB charge cable but ymmv. 3ds xl trade would be console, charger, stylus. Some have reported being charged refurb fee for a stylus, but again ymmv (answer stolen from anarchyburger)​

Looks like Gamestop.com is completely down right now. App also is not working. When I search for anything it says it's not found, and all active offers are gone (I had active offers yesterday).

Really annoyed. Wanted to reserve a Wolfenstein 2 CE on their site. I reserved one last night but it started snowing so I'm like "I'd rather be alive than have this game" so I have to re-reserve it.

Can you get banned for too many surveys? I know they cap your entries for the gift card drawing, but I thought there was no limit to the number of surveys you could fill out for feedback.

Yes. Ghostbusters is worth $15, NFS Most Wanted is worth $18. Several games are worth around $9 and many games are worth a little over $4.

That Uncharted 4 promo comes up every time GS servers are down. Must mean it’s the default built in promo pages when you download the app, since the last time the app was majorly overhauled.

Yeah you probably could do that. Not sure if it may cause issues if people check your profile to see if you may be legit or not.

You're kind of defeating the purpose of trying to know who people are and feel safer. If I spot a dummy account I won't deal with them since it's kind of sketchy and I know a lot of people won't either.

Those Just Dance games have pretty good TIV's.

On the topic on Wii stuff, I imagine you get charged a refurb fee if Wii remote has no battery cover? Have 3-4 that came with a Wii I bought off Craigslist and none have them.

Question i have some snes games which trade up pretty good on gamestop , but does it affect if there is damage on the label of the cartridge ?, do they still accept it or it will depend on the guy that takes it in ?

totally ymmv, the locals here wont take damaged labels or writing or stickers, like from old video rental places, but I have bought some from gs.com and they had names written on them and hollywood/blockbuster stickers across the game label.

if you have problems, Im looking for old games for my collection, I care more about having a game than how it looks, hit me up

I got the Triforce Night Light from Gamestop tonight. It's actually $24.99 at ThinkGeek right now but I got it at GS instead since I had a 10% off coupon. I love it.

so somebody tell me if i got my math right , so i just went to gamestop to do a trade in , i gave a new super mario bros that cost me 5$ for the amoun of 20.80 i believe, with the 70% how much will it be? considering the base value , they only gave me 28.70 but i dont know if thats correct, he told me that was the 70% so i only gave that game and nothing else because i wasnt sure if that was the correct value of the 70%
