gamestop online shopping-complete or not complete

when you buy from gamestop online, what is the likelihood that you will get your item in a complete condition [case, manual, cover]? i have noticed that they still put that warning sign where you may just end up with a cd only. is it worth the risk?? or try other online retailers like gamefly where they guarantee that you will receive the item complete.

very rarely you will get a complete copy.
from what i heard on here, most people just get a disk in a paper disk holder.
but the good thing is, is that you can return the game to a physical store for the price you payed for it.
so, if you have a gamestop near you and can make a trip within a 7 day period i say go for it.

EDIT: Just remember to use CAG16 and SAVER before you check out

if you aks for something really common it will probably have the case and manual. Something niche will probably not
