In the "Oh my gosh I'm so surprised!" category, I just found out from my local gamestop that they didn't get enough 3DS systems to cover preorders. They are hoping to get more before Sunday, but they did not know for sure. They opened one to have a demo unit for people to try (I guess that is one more person not getting their system at launch) and they let me try out the AR game using the question mark block card.
