This game is in mint - and I mean mint as if it just came out of the wrapper - condition. No scratches, fingerprints, animal hair, etc. to speak of. It's meticulous.
It was also only played once, since despite the 85% rating average at gamerankings.com I just couldn't get into it and therefore have decided to put it up for sale.
For 36 bucks, you get a game in the same condition as if you bought it off the store shelf yourself, delivered to your door via 1st class mail, in a protective buble mailer and with delivery confirmation.
