I've been buying several full runs of older books, both to read and collect. I've found out the hard way that comics haven't always been the same size.
I picked up a full run of Kamandi and found that I needed Silver bags and boards, and it looks like the full run of Spidey Super Stories I have will need the same.
I would like for any of you that collect comics to weigh in on the following :
1. I have several Marvel Giant-Size (70s) and dome older DC Giant-Size 100 page issues that will not fit into Current or Silver bags since they are so thick. Recommendations for bags and boards? Oh - and resealable bags, please.
2. What brand of resealable bags/boards do you use? Cheapest online places to get them?
3. I like the short cardboard boxes. I've been getting "Comic Defense" boxes, but I've been getting boxes here and there that are irregularly cut and are gapping badly at the bottom. I need a new source for boxes also.
