GH Guitar and Rock Band Drum set

anyone know where I can get deals on GH guitar (only) and Rockband drum set? Both are for the 360. I remember Amazon used to have the drum set for $48.99 but not sure when that price show up again.

I have an extra rock band drum set sans foot pedal (long story) was thinking about picking up the $20 kit at best buy to replace it (sticks, silencers and replacement pedal), but haven't. LMK.
