I think its pretty good. It DOES work with all the game consoles (component cables, I think) and you can have it hooked up to your pc and your tv at the same time.

I'm thinking of using this to do my own video game comment recording youtube thingamajigs.:bouncy:

this is a good recorder if you don't mind 480P SD recordings. but please, if you do record with this, do not upconvert the videos to 720P to boost your view count! upconverted videos do not look like true 720P videos so don't try to pretend they do. i hate how fake 720P videos have made the HD filter worthless on Youtube.

I do not mind watching 480P recordings as 480P can look pretty good. so don't fake it!
