Last night, I saw a REALLY good movie at the AMC Theater called "Crash" (2004-2005). It tells the stories of several people in Los Angeles who are victims of and influenced by racism, and how all their characters come together: a black police detective with family struggles; a Persian immigrant storeowner whom is the victim of anti-Arab discrimination; two black car thieves who theorize on everyone's roles of society and race; a frustrated white district attorney and his wife whom is a racist and a bigot, a racist cop who hates African Americans because he blames them for his dying father's social status, a Hispanic locksmith and his young daughter who only want to make it in this world, away from the violent city they moved out of.
Excellent movie! Go see it!
