Picked it up today. Great stuff. I remember buying Ultima III first and this one on release day. Lost 3 months of my life to this game.
Good stuff for people who enjoy old cRPGs.

It includes the manual, cluebook, spellbook and map.

IV is my favourite Ultima game. I'll go download this so I'll have it when I eventually get Windows.

Actually it's about 53MB with all of the extras .

Well, not for this particular game, but charging money for old games set up to run on new PCs is pretty much their business plan! They have a pretty kick-ass library of old classics now, and I love 'em for it. They don't charge much.

If you're looking to play it sooner than later, you can get the game free from EA directly and set up the mac version of DOSBox (or any other OS under the sun, pretty much) to run it now!
