Good Capture Card Deals

I'm looking for a cheap but good quality capture card. I've been hearing mixed results about the Gamebridge, so better alternatives are appreciated. If you have examples of output quality, please do share them along with your suggestions. Thanks for the help.

HD or SD?

Since I plan to capture video from a Wii, SD is perfectly fine. HD would be awesome if it doesn't break the bank.

I'd highly recommend the Blackmagic Intensity Pro. (The pro version has a breakout cable that lets you connect component cables, the regular version is HDMI only.) Great for both HD (up to 1080i) and SD capture, I'll try and upload some test footage later. While it's a fair bit more expensive than other SD capture cards, it's worth spending a little extra for a quality solution. (I wasted time and money on piss-poor Pinnacle consumer grade SD products that weren't good enough before I found the Intensity.)

While those are awesome, I was thinking more along the lines of sub $100 solutions.
