Good deal or not? (DBZ VHS)

I just got the entire DBZ Saiyan Saga on VHS for $16, mainly because i had some spare money.

was this a good deal or not, my friend said it was a great deal but im not too sure

Not sure. Most people no longer want VHS, and they are pretty cheap now.

I'd recommend waiting on the "Ultimate Uncuts" DVD's that, IIRC, are being released in April...

I'd say no. You can get entire series' worth of VHS tapes on eBay for less than $10 shipped. I was going to try to sell my Evangelion VHS set on eBay, which I originally spent like $300+ to buy, but it goes for about $5-10 now.
