Good Deal?

I was hoping the videogame experts here, could help me determine if the following is a good deal. I have a person who is selling this to me.

The person is asking $120

NES Action Set includes control deck,2 controllers, zapper light gun and game (duck hunt/super mario bros). It is used but in original box.
NES Advantage Controller- used in original box
NES Cleaning Kit-in original box
NES new games unopened: Super Mario Bros 3, Gold Medal Challenge
NES used games in original boxes & Instructions: Adventure Island 2 & 3, Tetris, Monopoly
NES used games no box but has instructions: Excitebike, Othello, Jeopardy, Burgertime, Wheel of Fortune
GAME GENIE for NES used in original box-Video Game Enhancer. Includes game genie and codebook to unlock the power of you favorite NES games.

They sent pictures, and everything is in mint condition

What do you think? Should I bite?

I bet a sealed SMB3 would be worth good money...

If that Super Mario Bros 3 is in very good - mint condition factory sealed and not resealed it can fetch about $150 to the right buyer. Other than that I don't really see much else that's rare, but I'd say it's a pretty good deal.
