Good laptop cooler?

I got this Antec cooler a while ago. It was like sub-$20 on sale at Staples and it's pretty good.


But, my cons for it:

  • there is a blue light on the side that stays on and can annoy someone sitting in its line of sight, so I put a piece of dark tape over it
  • like most fans, it gets pretty loud when a lot of dust attaches, but this only happened to me after a 2 years of using it every day
  • odd shape, so I had to position my laptop at a slight angle on top of it
