Good local multiplayer games?

I'm getting a PS3 for me and my kids for Xmas and I'm wondering what some good exclusives are that have fun local multiplayer? No higher than T rating and preferably E10 and down. I have Little Big Planet 2. What else should I consider? Also, cheap is good.

Hot Shots Golf: Out of Bounds
Toy Story 3 - not an exclusive, but the Walmart PS3 version has some extra stuff in it
Modnation Racers
the original Little Big Planet - not sure if this is worth picking up if you have already have 2, but it is cheap

Fat Princess in an exclusive on PSN and has local offline co-op, but the only way to get it is to download it so your PS3 will need to have online access.

$8 at Best Buy

It's not that I can't get the PS3 online, it's that I have me and 2 kids in the same room.

Not many co-op exclusives but just in case you're missing any of these (bolded exclusive):
Skylanders is probably easily the best for kids. They'll love it.
Cars 2 is also very fun for everyone and cheap
Lego Series (Have a friend whose son loves Lego Batman 2)
Playstation All Stars Battle Royale (fighting game, not sure of the rating)

I think I'll get Modnation Racers as it's $20 retail and we could use a PS3 kart racer. They'll like the customization stuff.

Playstation All Stars looks like Super Smash Bros, so that's probably good for them. Unfortunately it looks like it's full price, so I'm going to have to wait for a drop or deal on it.

I might grab Lego Batman 2 if I can find it for $20 or less. They like all those game and haven't gotten that one yet.
