I don't know if this is going on at all Brandsmart, but the brandsmart in Miami, FL by the Palmetto has GT5 Prologue for sale at 28.88. I had to bite on it, since its pretty much at the 'next-gen' budget price.
In Atlanta, too. It ends today at closing here and I saw this yesterday, but couldn't make it there today and had no paper to use for pming. They rerun deals sometimes so I'll cross my fingers they do this one again. . .
