Steam had a good deal on it also not to long ago came with every GTA game for I think $60-$80. Not a bad deal though.

It was $33.50 a couple months ago on Steam for their weekend deal. I had heard bad things about it concerning the optimization, but i think they've released quite a few patches that improves things. Still disappointing that it's so poorly optimized for PC.

ive been looking for this in the 20ish range for a while... its been a tough pc game to find cheap.

this is prob the cheapest ive seen a store carry it for..
